2. Privacy notice
When you contact us, request a callback, or ask about a course, we may receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, course interest, and message. We use these details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a requested callback, provide course information, and administer a registration you choose to make. We do not ask you to submit payment-card, account-password, or sensitive personal information through this blog.
We do not sell personal information. We share enquiry details only where needed to provide a requested service, operate our communications (including WhatsApp or email providers), protect the service, or meet a legal obligation. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We retain enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, training administration, recordkeeping, and legal requirements. 4. Course information, fees and enrollment
Course pages describe intended syllabus topics and recommended audiences. The actual syllabus, trainer, batch schedule, delivery format, duration, prerequisites, and availability may vary by batch; confirm these details with us before enrolling. A course completion certificate is provided subject to the stated course completion requirements. Training does not guarantee employment, certification-exam results, or a particular career outcome.
Fees displayed on the site are in Indian rupees and, as stated on the course catalog, are exclusive of GST. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount will be confirmed before payment. A promotional coupon is subject to the stated offer conditions and confirmation by our advisor.
5. Cancellation and refund
If a participant cancels for personal reasons and informs us at least 48 hours before the scheduled course start, the participant is eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start, the refund is 90% of the amount paid. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by us, contact us to arrange an appropriate resolution.
6. Acceptable use and content
Use this site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, misuse contact forms, submit unlawful or misleading material, or infringe another person's rights. Course and blog materials are for learning and informational purposes; do not redistribute materials without permission. Technical examples are provided without a guarantee that they suit every environment; assess and test them appropriately before use.
